Serving Young Children Through Young Adults ✨

At Kids N Play OT, I provide pediatric occupational therapy in Portland, Oregon, supporting individuals from early childhood through young adulthood. I use developmentally appropriate, engaging approaches—from guided play for younger children to real-life skill building and functional strategies for older youth and teens. My goal is to help each individual confidently develop the life skills that matter most to them.

My occupational therapy sessions focus on meaningful everyday activities such as self-care skills, motor coordination, emotional and sensory regulation, and school-based skills like organization, routines, and learning readiness. I support children, adolescents, teens, and young adults in developing these foundational abilities, along with social participation and independence skills as needed. Through hands-on engagement, encouragement, and a whole-child approach, individuals don’t just practice—they grow and thrive. I strive to empower each person to move through their world with confidence and joy.

Kids N Play OT? ✏️

You may want to consider an evaluation if your child, teen, or young adult:

  • Seeks out or avoids sensory input

  • Has difficulty regulating emotions or managing arousal level

  • Appears clumsy or uncoordinated

  • Always seems “on the go”

  • Struggles with handwriting

  • Has challenges with fine motor or visual-motor skills

  • Finds organization, routines, or executive functioning difficult

  • Has trouble making or maintaining friendships

  • Experiences challenges with social skills

  • Has food aversions or a limited diet

(This is not an exhaustive list—please contact me to discuss how occupational therapy can support your child, teen, or young adult's growth.)
